From the GPT help it looks like the policy was changed to make the most restricted access to our custom GPTs to "Only those with a link", even though "Only me" still shows up. However it is really buggy. It will let me set some of my public (sharing set to everyone) GPTs to "Only those with a link", but others it attempts to update, but then reverts back to "everyone". I am using the chrome browser, with Windows 11 home.

A work around is to create a copy and set it to only those with a link, and then delete the original.
