#api key does not work. It says "over limit" despite my usage is zero.

My api key does not work. It never did.
Basically, it says that it is over the limit. But, I have never used it and usage is literally zero, and i am under a paid developer plan with openai.
I have tried to reached out to OpenAi with no response.
Anyone has any ideas please?

  1. billing: there should be no issues, as I am being charged monthly for my plan.
  2. rate limit: My rate limit is standard. But my usage is ZERO, so how could it be over the limit?
  3. API key validity: it is valid as it shows. I have tried to create new keys succesfully as well.

So what is the issue?
You are forcing me to use Groq api keys.

unless you add credits, you have no credit to use so your always at billing limit
you dont get any api credits free

I thought openai 's api key has a range of free api usage, don't they?
