Desktop App annoyingly blocks scrolling up while generating a response

I imagine others have noted this but while it's generating, you can't scroll up to look at the response, because it keeps bringing you back to the bottom when it generates the next word.

This is likely to keep all of the generation in view, as more words are generated.

But, if a user intentionally scrolls up while text is being generated, then it should stop trying to scroll to the bottom for the duration of that request.

This is infurating, the iOS app's almost as bad for this

Needs work on the UI to make it more responsive to human use. We're reading for goodness' sake, please let us read. This happens all the time on macOS and I can attest that it IS very annoying, having to push-up the trackpad multiple times to get it "just right" during responses so app stops scrolling down while it continues to respond. Having to move eyes over and over and over to read is not ideal.
