Egwene al'Vere, i seem to have located the issue at hand, as far as i can see you haven't selected the "Enter" Button.
on the screen i see the message "Hi", However the File upload is selected to the left, the Enter is on the other side to the right.
i would in addition highly recommend you download the Actual APP From the appstore, which includes Voiceover allowing you to talk instead of writing, that is assuming you're on the subscription.
if ur fine with the browser, thats fine but the App is easier to navigate.

That's alright, from what i can see on your image you have selected an option for file uploads, as you're also able to upload files to GPT, i can see that the Enter button as i said before is on the right but i dosent seem to be present to hit send.
How can fix it? And if I use without account it’s working.
in that case i would highly recommend using an account, then it might very well be due to a Free Tier Limit.

Looks like this turned to a common bug.
I asked a mod to help you out if he has time his username is @split ferry
as I mentioned, this sort of problem are usually on the user's side, which is good because in that case, it can be fixed by the user
you'll need to do some torubleshooting, I would start by oppening the browser on a incognito tab to be sure it isn't a browser caching issue
also try to use the same account with a different network, for example, routing your phone's data to your pc

safari shouldn't be a problem, but in case you didn't, try a different browser

On my phone I got a 502 Bad Gateway error
Chat GPT isn't loading on any browser now. It was taking a long time and often erroring out, but now it's completely down.

I’ve received a response, and it’s the standard response of try to switch browser, clear cache, log in and out, etc.
And to receive better support you would have to contact them yourself, although I can foresee that would be difficult, due to lacking sight and the website not being too blind friendly

If you give me a list of all your issues with it, ChatGPT that is, I can try to give them a more detailed response, the issue is also they need to know which account, since I don’t own it it can be tricky to find an account in blind I’ll ask them to contact you through discord
