Does anyone else have the same problem? 
I am experiencing a serious issue with my ChatGPT Plus account. Despite multiple attempts using different browsers and devices, I am unable to use the web version of ChatGPT. Messages are not being sent, and the service appears to be unresponsive. Sometimes the first message get sent but then the Second message again unable to send. This is now since 13 hours.
To troubleshoot, I created a new free account, and with this account, the web version works perfectly. This indicates that the issue is specific to my Plus account.

Steps to reproduce:
Open a new ChatGPT conversation or write a message in an existing conversation.
Expected result:
Get a responce from Chatgpt
Actual result:
Frozen. Nothing happens. No answer nothing. Sometimes i receive the first message but then with the second message same.
