I first noticed that the regular ChatGPT was about 50/50 when it tried to answer (what I would) situational math equations. Let me give an example (pls reference the attached image): when asking "What percentage of holding does does each property account for?" the response was:
Property A: 25%
Property B: 14%
Property C: 14%
Property D: 47%
*The correct answers are:
Property A: 29%
Property B: 11%
Property C: 23%
Property D: 37%
I started investigating how to use custom-gpts to provide the formulas to get a correct response, but the platform is ignoring the docs I upload and still providing the wrong results.
Does anyone have an idea how to get this to work?
BTW, I have referenced the doc I have uploaded in the Instructions sections with this, "For mathematical questions, refer to the uploaded document titled '[filename]' and use the provided equations to calculate the answer first."
