for months now at least, through multiple OS reinstalls, with or without VPN, on an updated Chrome browser, sometimes the ChatGPT site will plain not load. I have business level fast internet for my home, there's nothing else using the internet, and still sometimes it won't load at all. the only solution i have found is to close the tab for a few minutes and try to load it again. has anyone experienced something like this so consistently? the android app loads fine every time.
