I have an issue with Mac’s input settings. When using a language where autocorrect not supported by Mac, like Malay, the input keeps auto-correcting without my consent. Each time I switch focus from the input field and return, the auto-correct setting resets to enabled. This is frustrating. The system should retain my preference to disable auto-correct as long as I am using the desktop app. Please address this issue. Thank you.
Steps to reproduce:
- Write anything on other languge than Malay (or another language where autocorrect not supported by Mac) on a Mac.
- Disable "Check Spelling While Typing," "Check Grammar With Spelling," and "Correct Spelling Automatically" settings.
- Unfocus from the input field.
- Return focus to the input field.
Expected result:
The settings for "Check Spelling While Typing," "Check Grammar With Spelling," and "Correct Spelling Automatically" remain disabled.
Actual result:
The settings for "Check Spelling While Typing," "Check Grammar With Spelling," and "Correct Spelling Automatically" reset to enabled.
