#disable confirmations or confirm with keystrokes instead of mouse in macOS app

I'm using the macOS ChatGPT app and am trying to clean up the list of chats on the left sidebar. Right now every time I attempt to either delete or archive a chat, I'm presented with a confirmation pop-up. I can't just press enter/return - I have to click the confirmation with my mouse. This is annoying, tedious, and slow. Is there a setting or config that will let me confirm with a keystroke? Or better yet, opt out of the confirmations? I've got to do lots of these and I don't want to sit here clicking buttons for 45 minutes!
