Paid subscription issue

Hello. Today I found myself in need of chatGPT Plus and a went for subscription from web browser, paid subscription, (first time had not enough to pay for it - sory, I forgot, but then it whent through when toped the card). Did not received the confirmation email, money are sent but still pending openai to get them and no Plus subscription yet. If I try to resubscribe as in account I have the option to repeat, it directs me to the page where my billing is visible. So there is nothing I can do more. I would apreciate the help in order to be ale to use what I need (continue what I allready started). Thank you
