chatgpt give false downloads links

it seems that when i told chatgpt to make me two docx files and pack them into a zip it give the zip output and when i click download it says impossible to download "Impossible de récupérer le statut de chargement pour /mnt/data/Portfolio.zip" @lusty lark @fast apex
