Good afternoon, I'm having an error when using one of the gpts or it would be in chatgpt itself, it is using a lot of memory in idle state, it is using 722mb but while generating the response it starts to freeze and exceeds 1gb and gives the error "Out of Memory" do you know if it is something in chatgpt itself, or is it on my computer? (I have 32GB of RAM)
There is very obviously a memory leak on the website that has happened for months. It's all over the Reddit, Discord and internet in general. Why is this constantly ignored and not prioritized?
This happens in Firefox, Brave, and Chrome -- it doesn't matter since it's not a user-issue.
I mean look at this Firefox using massive amounts of CPU and memory on my $3k desktop.
It's almost as if you folks are testing trying to stealthily offload your balance load on individual PCs instead of purely server-side? I can't think of any other reason why this wouldn't be directly addressed+fixed ASAP.
