ChatGPT 4 conversation: https://chatgpt.com/share/59448f34-dec6-419a-97d9-65aabc6cce3c
ChatGPT 3.5 conversation: https://chatgpt.com/share/915a986f-0485-4e54-9547-9eff07e62152
ChatGPT 4o conversation: https://chatgpt.com/share/95491948-b7f1-42b5-8eb8-cdff6ea6d8af

ChatGPT 4o converfsation where I checked the box to make the conversation findable (in Dutch "Deze chat vindbaar maken; Toestemming voor weegave in zoekopdrachten op internet"): https://chatgpt.com/share/ccbc8141-8ad7-4485-8e41-a90f29735f0d

ChatGPT shared link: (see links above)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select a model to chat with
  2. Enter a message, in all of the above links, I used the following prompt (but the content of the prompt does not matter):
Prompt: This is a chat that I'm going to share publicly to reproduce an internal server error. I'm going to report the bug to OpenAI. Just reply with OK.
(ChatGPT responds with OK. or OK depending on the model)
  3. Click on the ellipsis on the right of the title of the newly created chat and select "Share" (on my Dutch version of ChatGPT it's called "Delen")
  4. Click on the button in the dialog to create the link.
  5. Click on the button again to copy the link (you'll have a link in your clipboard similar to the ones I've shared above, but most likely the guid will be different).
  6. Visit the link (either with the same browser, or a different browser where you are not logged in)
  7. If you see the 500: internal server error page, you have succesfully reproduced this error.

Expected result:

A new copy of the conversation I shared, so people can interact with the information that I had put into the conversation.

Actual result:

An internal server error

Additional information

Browser: Edge
OS: Windows
I have ChatGPT Plus
I don't let OpenAI train on my data
I have theme set to system
I have disabled that people can see my real name for GPT builder (I'd like to be able to use a nickname)
I have MFA enabled

Just to be clear, when opening any of these links at the moment they all give a 500 internal server error. I just started the conversations and used the "share" feature. I did not delete these conversations (I might delete them when I forget what this was about, but assuming this won't take years I have no plans to delete them)

This appears to have been fixed now, I thought it was possible in the past to continue a conversation from the point of sharing, but I didn’t see that feature anymore (so I made a GPT in stead for my use case)
