Is anyone else experiencing the absolutely horrendous support from OpenAI? I guess I'm not alone. A quick search reveals numerous complaints about unresolved issues and lack of response. I have a simple issue: one of my GPT's were banned for no apparent reason, and I can't appeal because the option doesn't exist in my interface. I reported this over a month ago, and the last response I received was on May 1 from "Ferdie":

"Thank you for reaching out to OpenAI. I've looked into the issue you're having with your GPT ban appeal, but I won't be able to solve it without some help from a colleague. I've shared your question with our specialist team and asked them to investigate further. They'll get back to you on this thread with a solution as soon as they can.
In the meantime, if there's anything else you'd like to check, feel free to visit OpenAI.

Since then, no one has contacted me. I have now lost access to all of my GPTs. It's absolutely crazy to me that this is how OpenAI treats its users, especially paying customers. I even upgraded to the Teams plan, hoping for better support. I'm now hoping Google or Meta will create a similar community where we can build different models and inspire each other.
