Allow me to detail the title:
I was doing some solo-rp(Don't judge) and I reached 200 prompts/inputs and I wanted to edit the latest due to it violating the ToS, then when I entered the edit, it reverted to the latest edit and deleted all after that which means all reverted my progress to the 83rd prompt and all after that.

I'd like to make note that this only happened when I updated to the latest version of the chatgpt app with ChatGPT-4o.

Oversimplified:
Current prompt count: 200
After editing the prompt count: 83
