I am using an iPhone 12 with the latest version of the ChatGPT app. I am experiencing a white screen error when trying to use the voice assistant. Additionally, I get the white screen error when selecting photos from the gallery or when opening the camera. However, when I log in with a different account on the same device, I only encounter the white screen error when using the voice assistant.
Here are the solutions I have tried:
Reinstalling the app (I am already using the latest version).
Resetting the phone to factory settings, which did not resolve the issue.
Revoking and re-granting permissions, which also did not work.
When I log in to my account on a different phone, everything works fine. But on my current phone, I am unable to use the voice assistant feature without encountering the white screen error.
