Voice hallucination on Android

Sometimes when I'm trying to use Voice mode in the Android app, after I finish talking, ChatGPT replies to something else. Everytime I check the chat/transcription the text says: Don't forget to like, leave a comment, and share this video on other social networks (But in Romanian: Nu uitați să dați like, să lăsați un comentariu și să distribuiți acest material video pe alte rețele sociale). Anyone else encountered this? It's been happening for around 6 months now. Every time the same message. Updating or reinstalling the app doesn't solve this.

I searched the text on Google. First two results have the phrase in them. The second one it's actually an interview transcribed automatically with ChatGPT, so the good news is that I'm not alone.

Settings -> Personalization and then check both Customize ChatGPT and Memory and see if you find anything relevant stored there somehow.
