Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open ChatGPT.
  2. Click on the CTA within ChatGPT to download the macOS app.
  3. Download and install the app from the provided link.
  4. Attempt to log in.

Expected result:

  1. The user should be able to log in to the macOS app without issues.

Actual result:

  1. The macOS app displays a message indicating that the user does not have access yet.

Idk much about Mac’s. But are you running on apple silicon (m1 or better)? That is also a requirement.
