As for the cap: did you hear/read somewhere a promise for unlimited use on Plus? A usage cap has been in place for GPT-4 on Plus since launch, and unlimited use is not mentioned here: <openai.com/chatgpt/pricing> and is explained more completely here: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7102672-how-can-i-access-gpt-4-gpt-4-turbo-and-gpt-4o
