Each user’s usage is private and not accessible by others, including administrators. This applies even if employees use the service for work-related purposes. However, it's important to note that API key usage can be monitored on the Usage page once tracking is enabled. If you are using an API key generated prior to Dec 20, 2023, tracking will not be enabled by default. You can enable tracking going forward on the API key management dashboard. All API keys generated past Dec 20, 2023 have tracking enabled. Any previous untracked usage will be displayed as Untracked in the dashboard [^2^].
Remember, it's against OpenAI's Terms of Use to share your API key. Each team member should have a unique API key for their account [^3^][^4^].
