I am umable to log in to the account using a Microsoft account
Steps to reproduce:*

1. Press "Log In" button
2. Press "Continue with Microsoft Account"
3. Enter Credentials

Expected result:

Logs in

Actual result:

Reports an error as shown in screenshot

They are set to automatically adjust based on the Wi-Fi location

No issue with log in on mobile phone

Is it possible that that app could be passively affecting your DNS, even if not currently active as a VPN? Or, do you otherwise have custom DNS settings enabled on the device?

No, it could not. Even with the VPN active, it still uses the same one locally
