Steps to reproduce:
I asked GPT 4o to generate photos or ask it regenerate photos.
Expected result:
It's supposed to generate/regenerate photos that I can see.
Actual result:
It either claimed it generated/regenerated photos without showing them, or even delete photos after successfully generating it.
Additional information
The fake photo generating happened both in text and voice chat. It deleted the photo twice during voice chat. I'm plus subscriber.
