ChatGPT Plus user. I had about 40-50 items in my memory and they seem to be completely gone. No warning, nothing. Any chance they are recoverable?

I try to let chatgpt export Infos into Json files as backup. when there is an issue I import the json in the next chat

The same thing happened here, it must be the tenth time this has happened, these frequent errors make the memory function useless
