I have a problem and that is when I upload a PDF on my chatgpt plus account it brings up an error saying "Unable to upload", but when I tried other accounts that doesn't have paid chatgpt and uploaded that same PDF with GPT4o, it uploaded. Is there like any fix for this issue? Documents don't want to be uploaded on my chatgpt plus account since 2 days ago

I try to upload different pdf files, but none of them load correctly, whether they are small or large, I have had this problem for more than a day

it now appears that I can connect to google drive and OneDrive.. but still doesn't let me upload any file..

any solution yet? tried since yesterday. I even tried on multiple platform. all received the same error when i tried to upload PDF file.

Mobile : Android
Browser : Chrome, Safari
Laptop : Mac OS M1

It's not perfect, but I've noticed that you can upload PDFs, DOCX files, etc., if you remove the extension. So if you really need it...
