#GPT-4/4o cannot read documents anymore!

Steps to reproduce:

I attach a document (text, pdf) and ask questions about it.

Expected result:

It should give me results from the document.

Actual result:

  • It first makes up a response and repeats it multiple time, pretending to read the document
  • Then it apologies and says it's reading the document to give me an answer -- and does nothing (not even the 'analysing' pop-up.
  • Then it says it cannot read documents or external sources - and repeatedly assures me this with no way

Additional information

Browser: Chrome
OS: MacOS

have you checked if you haven’t exhausted your credit/hr for chatgpt 4 and 4o when the credit is used up the system automatically change the model card to ChatGPT 3.5 if you’re not paid user and this model can’t read your files
