Steps to reproduce:
Open a chat in ChatGPT.
Attempt to attach a PDF file named "abc.ppt".
Observe the attachment process and the resulting error message.

Expected result:
The PDF file should successfully attach and be accessible within the chat.

Actual result:
The attachment process fails with the error message: "Unable to upload abc.ppt".

Additional information:
Browser: Firefox 125.0.3 (64-bit)/ Arc 1.43.0 (50018)/ ChatGPT App 1.2024.134（1715807927）
OS: Mac OS 14.4.1
