Steps to reproduce:
Open a chat in ChatGPT.
Attempt to attach a PDF file named "XYZ.pdf".
Observe the attachment process and the resulting error message.

Expected result:
The PDF file should successfully attach and be accessible within the chat.

Actual result:
The attachment process fails with the error message: "Unable to upload XYZ.pdf".

Browser: Chrome Version 124.0.6367.208 (Official Build) (x86_64)
OS: Mac OS 14.1.1
