Steps to reproduce:

Start chat on desktop web browser

Click the read aloud button

Expected result:
Text is read aloud

Actual result:
Nothing happens when pressing the button

Additional information

Browser: Edge Version 124.0.2478.105 (Official build) (64-bit) OR Chrome Version 125.0642261 (Official Build) (64-bit) OR Firefox 126.0 (64-bit)
OS: Windows 11

Doesn't matter which model I choose, no text is read aloud.

It read aloud feature does work in the iPhone app.

Yeah I thought that. I was using Sky but the others don't work either. It's probably a bug because of all the upgrades and changes going on like you said.

the implementation of whiser on ios might be local, since the model itself can be used locally, also ios has ML capabilities to use voice generation
