thank you for some insight, but there is no answer and I cant find a way to contact support. I thought this was supprt but it is just community driven and no openai people check this?

Umm, actuaklly the way to contact support is kinda hidden, you have to go to their FAQ or get to this page: https://help.openai.com/en/

@blissful skiff When you get there yo ned to opena chat with their friendly chatbot and that will pen a ticket here in the lower right corner. Go to messsages, then Start a ne conversation and then answer the bot.
