#OpenAI Playground turn black screen sometimes

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Using OpenAI Playground Assistant
  2. Bring up some assistant
  3. Interact with it normally

Expected result:

Interact with it normally OpenAI should type until finish and ready to have next input.

Actual result:

OpenAI not finish typing and turns to black screen / blank screen
