I subscribed before but later canceled. I switched to a different account. Now, I'm trying to subscribe again but it's not successful. However, the payment has actually been made successfully, and it's all on the same phone. What should I do?

I’ve deleted the old account, and try again. But it shows: “Error
This subscription item is already associated with another OpenAI account.
Please log in with that account to access, or visit”

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Switched to a different account
  2. Subscribe
  3. Subscription failed

Subscription successful
