I am a plus user in the US, but I still do not have the ChatGPT memory feature. I have tried different browsers, private browsers, and logging out and back in, but no luck.

Steps to reproduce:

Feature is missing. Option not in web settings or iOS.

Expected result:

I expect the feature to be there since all US Plus customers should have it, according to the announcement.

Actual result:

Feature not present.

honestly I'd contact support at this point, that's a weird issue, and you've been able to reproduce it on multiple devices which means it's likely not some browser cache or other local issue

I’ve had it for more than a year now and am missing this feature on all platforms. I don’t have android, but my guess is it’s not available to me there either.

Contacted support, waiting for reply.

Just to confirm from your screenshots, the option is indeed missing. Here is how it shows up.

The option is 'Personalization' between the General, and the Speech tab.

Yes, I can confirm. I’m missing it as well. Reported it to tech support and they responded they are still rolling it out to people. My guess is they hit a snag, based on other reports here.
