As a ChatGPT Plus subscriber, you will have access to GPT-4 via the ChatGPT website. You can select "GPT-4" under the model selector in the top left corner of ChatGPT to try it out. You don't need to sign up for early access if you're already a subscriber. Please note that as of January 5th, 2024, GPT-4 has a rate limit of 40 messages every 3 hours, and unused messages do not accumulate. In certain cases, the message limit may be dynamically adjusted to prioritize making GPT-4 accessible to the widest number of people[^1^].

Please be aware that the ChatGPT Plus subscription does not provide you with access to the API[^3^][^4^]. If you want to access GPT-4 through the OpenAI API, you need to make a successful payment of $5 or more to your OpenAI account[^2^][^3^].
