Hi @cerulean garden. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.
The voice button in the ChatGPT app on iOS should be located in the top-right corner of the home screen. If you can't find it, make sure you have enabled voice conversations in the app settings. Here's how you can do it:
- Navigate to Settings → New Features on the mobile app.
- Opt into voice conversations.
Once you've done this, you should see the headphone button (voice button) in the top-right corner of the home screen. You can tap this button to start a voice conversation with ChatGPT. If you want to exit the voice conversation, you can tap the X icon to return to the text-based conversation.
If you still can't find the voice button, it's possible that the feature is not available on your current plan. Voice conversations can be enabled for users on Plus and Enterprise plans[^1^][^4^].
