The voice button in the ChatGPT app on iOS should be located in the top-right corner of the home screen. If you can't find it, make sure you have enabled voice conversations in the app settings. Here's how you can do it:

Have the same issue, checked the website for issues and there is this issue : Elevated error rates for ChatGPT voice
