Tried to use gpt-4 but wasn't working all day. Tried Pc, vpn, chrome, firefox, with sample questions, but instantly answers "Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong." GPT-3.5 is working flawless.
Steps to reproduce:
- I have a photoshoot tomorrow. Can you recommend me some colors and outfit options that will look good on camera?

Hey! Do you have a smartphone you can try on its cellular network? Could be a good test to see if it's possibly something with the WiFi/home network.

Gotcha. Just to clarify: it was a smartphone with WiFi disabled, connected to the cellular network instead? If so: did you try both the iOS/Android app on the phone, and the mobile browser version?

Okay. So the smartphone is an iPhone correct, if you're using Safari? Have you tried using the official iOS ChatGPT app as another test? With both WiFi on and off would probably be good tests, closing the app in between!

Hello! I'm not sure what the protocol is for this, but I wanted to mention that it's the same issue for me, too.
Doesn't work on PC or on my android phone using the play market app.
On PC, it's a 500 error with {"detail":"Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong."}
On android, "The server is having problems" or "Error in stream" etc.
Tried it on my home network and with my mobile data, same error.
GPT-3.5 works as usual.
I can create a separate post for it as well, if that's preferable.
