#RAG frame work using vector database and neo4j graphs

I want to develop a nlp application using vector database and neo4j graphs. I see a lot of people developing apps using them. is there a open source code, which works as a frame work so that I can just create vector database and neorj graphs by feeding my data without creating code from scratch.

While it uses neo4j for RAG it does not have a vector database component to it.
