We have a support teams channel where we have different support groups based on products. Mostly, we are receiving very common issues or repeated questions, and it's killing our time replying to these repeated questions or searching for common questions.
To avoid this problem, we need a GPT-enabled bot to answer these questions.
Once a question is posted in the thread, the bot will check the question and reply with a suggested solution. If the issue persists, our team will further assist.
Could you please share some reference or tutorial on how to enable this feature in a short period? Has anyone enabled this kind of feature before?
