I tried contacting the Chat from the helpdesk but after giving a standard reply of clearing my chache and cookies which i had already done it stops replying. Anyone know how to solve this?

Hey! I see you've already tried clearing your cache and cookies -- as another test, can you try signing in fresh in an incognito window with all browser extensions disabled to see if that makes any difference?

No it still does the same error. Weirldy enough it seems to still do the task in the background eventho i get the error. Cause when i reload the page i have an answer in the chat.

That is indeed strange behavior though. As another test, can you try in Firefox as well? Either a private window there too, or a fresh install?

Ahh yea thakns for the heads up. Unfortunately i cant download firefox in my work environment. I did test it in Edge but same problem.

Do you have a smartphone or other non-work device you can test on, maybe a smartphone on its cellular network? Sometimes work network configs can interfere like this, I think!
