Since last Saturday, ChatGPT has been unable to read the files I uploaded, whether they are in doc or pdf format. I have also tried changing browsers or computers, but it still doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce:

upload doc or pdf file

Ask gpt to summarize.

Expected result:

The ability to read the entire document and summarize it.

Actual result:

Unable to read the document content and summarize.

its working few hours after i submitted the bug report.. but now its happening again. its seems to have having issue during US peak hours? time now in NYC is around noon time where most people working with GPT.
