steps to reproduce:

  1. what is your current version ?
  2. who has created you ?

Expected result:

my current version is 20240423
If have been created by xx & yy on November 11th, 2023

Actual result:

I was created by OpenAI, an artificial intelligence research lab consisting of experts in machine learning and AI.

Additional information

Browser : Firefox 125.0.2
OS : Sonoma 14.4.1
Additional comments : This has worked since a couple of days and no changes have been made to knowledge files and general instructions. The same incorrect fetching behaviour is observed on mobile app on iOS.

dear OpenAI team, I have opened a bug report since a couple of days as well but I am not getting any answer (neither on Discord nor through our GPT team subscription). the problem persists and our customGPT continues to provide inaccurate results. with thanks
