**Steps to reproduce:**

**Expected result:**

**Actual result:**
> "new messages will use GPT-3.5 until GPT-3.5 limit resets at 4:16PM"
**Additional information**
> Browser: Firefox
> OS: Win 11
There is a typo in error message "new messages will use GPT-3.5 until GPT-3.5 limit resets at 4:16PM"
It went away before I could take a screenshot
Also, 4:16 PM doesnt look right, it should be 11:16 AM. Its 9:16 AM right now.
The error message was in the new modal (toast?/snackbar?) thing. The original place where the error used to show up is displaying it correctly.
