#Error's and Hallucinations

Currently I'm getting different kinds of error. The error told me I would be able to resume use of gpt4 by 7:40 PM, about 4 hours earlier today. Furthermore the error rate of in which this kind of notifications happens more often. This also happens with the image generation errors from DALL-E, after 10 generations the message tells the limit cap for the day has been used. See Submission form:

I was able at 7:09 to resume doing both images and messages with DALL-E and GPT4

Error handling seems not structured.
