Persistent Issue with Custom Instructions Not Saving Across Sessions

I've been encountering a recurring issue where my custom instructions are not saved after logging out or reloading the page. This problem started recently and persists across different devices and browsers. Despite numerous attempts including changing browsers, devices, and toggling add-ons, the issue remains unchanged. This is critical as it affects the usability and efficiency of my workflow.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log into the account and go to the Custom Instructions settings.
Enter the desired instructions and save them.
Log out or reload the page.
Log back in and navigate to the Custom Instructions settings.
Expected Result:

Custom instructions should be retained and visible after logging out and back in, or after reloading the page.

Actual Result:

Custom instructions are cleared out every time, requiring re-entry.

Browsers Used: Opera GX, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Internet explorer, Safari on iOS (iPad), the ChatGPT Android App
Devices Used: iPad Air 2, Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4s, Desktop PC (Windows 10 Pro)
OS: iOS, Android, Windows 10 Pro

This issue has become a significant inconvenience, as recreating custom instructions multiple times is time-consuming. I believe linking these settings to user accounts for automatic retention could resolve this issue. I look forward to your prompt attention to ensure a quality user experience.

yes, i saw it, trying it out now, that would be really usefull to get them back if it actually works.

ok, yea the custom instructions are there in the app, at least i can copy them from there now. but still, i mostly use this on pc and the problem is still there, the custom instructions still get deleted no matter what i do.

It's strange, I can't recreate this at all on my end, but I'm glad you can find them in the Android app now at least. Does it happen if you set the CI in the app, and then go check again? In other words, is this only happening when you set them in the browser, or no matter where you set them?
