All my API requests are 429'ing.

If I try to use the playground on my account I see this message:

"You've reached your usage limit. See your usage dashboard and billing settings for more details. If you have further questions, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

Yet, I only have a third of my usage cap used for this month. Is OpenAI having issues right now?

Did you check this? In my case, I'm Tier 2 and I'm allowed to spend a maximum of $500 per month on OpenAI's side.

Free and Tier 1 has up to $100 per month
