Hi @prime helm. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.
The memory feature for ChatGPT is currently being tested and rolled out to a small portion of ChatGPT free and Plus users. However, the specific timeline for when this feature will be available in EU countries is not mentioned in the provided knowledge sources. OpenAI has a history of expanding its services to more regions over time, as seen with the rollout of the ChatGPT app for Android and iOS. Therefore, it's likely that the memory feature will also be expanded to more regions, including EU countries, in the future. Please keep an eye on OpenAI's updates for more information.

@weary axle I received the memory feature and it is working perfectly, but only when I use the gpt-4 model. In the gpt-3.5 model, chatgpt is simply not interacting with the feature.
