guys
i cancelled gpt4 subscription over a month ago now, my last payment was February19th
and for some reason they tried to charge me today for 23 euro
huh???
i am 100% sure i cancelled before February 19th
they didn't charge me in March but for some reason tried now
what the f is that respectfully, i had my card frozen so i noticed, otherwise i wouldnt
anybody experienced simiar issue and knows how to resolve it?
i found nothing on their help page and you can't contact a human, of course

At this point you could also call your bank to try disputing hte charge

at the time they tried to charge me my card was frozen thankfully
