Steps to reproduce:

  1. Access the GPT 3.5 interface on desktop using Windows 10 and Chrome browser. (Same to app on Android)
  2. Type input text or questions.

Expected result:
The GPT 3.5 model should respond promptly and accurately to input queries.

Actual result:

  1. The model response time is notably slow, sometimes taking longer than usual to generate a response.
  2. Occasionally, the model appears to be stuck in a "thinking" state without generating any output.
  3. When the model does respond, it often becomes unresponsive again after exchanging only 2 or 3 messages, leading to frequent periods of unresponsiveness.
  4. Overall, the performance of the model is significantly degraded, making it challenging to use effectively.

Additional information:

  • Browser: Chrome
  • OS: Windows 10 / Android 6.1 (One UI)
  • Also experienced similar issues with the official ChatGPT app on Android platform.
