Hi @violet fractal. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

Based on the knowledge sources provided, it seems that there have been various issues reported by users of GPT-4, including server errors, model not found errors, and unexpected model responses. However, there isn't any specific mention of GPT-3.5 users encountering GPT-4 related errors.

It's important to note that GPT-4 and GPT-3.5 are different models and should not interfere with each other. If you're using GPT-3.5 and receiving GPT-4 errors, it might be due to a misconfiguration in your code or a temporary issue with the OpenAI API.

To verify the model you're using, you can check the model name specified in your code. If you have specified GPT-3.5 as the model name and you get no errors, then you are using GPT-3.5 (source (https://community.openai.com/t/455795)).

If the issue persists, it would be best to reach out to OpenAI support or post your issue on the OpenAI community forum for further assistance.

Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon:
