Despite saying the knowledge cutoff is Dec 2023, the new GPT-4 Turbo model through the API does not know about any events from 2023.

Meanwhile, The previous 0125 preview model answers them just fine.

There seems to be an issue with the listed model cutoff.

Yup can confirm this is happening

However, this seems more a counter-hallucination, where the model hallucinates that it dosen't know somehting.

You can counteract this by clearly stating in the system prompt the following: Your last update is in december 2023.
