I wait for 5 minutes and get no response

Browser: Chrome, Chrome(Incognito), FireFox, ChatGpt App(Android) tried all
OS: Windows, Android

Tried reset all router DNS reset, Cache clear, No VPN.
Tried on other network
Gave same result
I pay for subscription please help
